Justin located a vehicle that exceeded my expectations and was wit wanted in the vehicle and what I wanted to spend. I worked with Justin O'Connor. As a purchaser, I am not the easiest to deal with. I do not give sales people a difficult time but want 3 things: 1. To have my Calls returned 2. to have my exact questions answered 3. Over 3 weeks, I made a number of phone calls and each time they returned them with an hour. The answered by questions (like a buyout cost if I decided to keep my old BMW, which I did not) which I had trouble getting from a different dealer. They were ready for me when I arrived, processed the paperwork in 15 minutes. When I told them I had no interest in the adde ons they respected that and did not push. they were all pleasant to work with. More
