Each time I have brought my 2008 335xi coupe in for service, I have been treated as if I was the most important person in the dealership. Walter Modeen has consistently answered all my questions, promptly returned my telephone calls, and kept me updated with the progress of my service. No concern of mine is to small as Walter has always been available to answer any question I may have concerning my specific model or any other BMW for that matter. I can always count on Walter. Steve has consistently had me on my way to work in a timely manner as his responsibility for coordinating loaner cars has been flawless. No matter how early I show up to drop my car off, Steve has the loaner car paperwork ready for me to sign. At the end of a typical service appointment, I know that the transition back to my own car is also flawless. Walter gives me any final updates on my car, and Ashley O'Neill has my paperwork and keys ready so I am on my way home in no time. Senior mechanic Joe Minocci has taken the time to come into the Service Department office area to provide me with additional details about my car. He (and everyone else)treats my car as if it were their own. Their pride in what they do is evident. Overall, I can summarize my experiences at BMW of Bridgeport as "First Class people treating people First Class!" More

Gentlemen: I've been in sales/marketing for years and Gentlemen: I've been in sales/marketing for years and am qualified to say that being "customer orientated" is easy when you have a sale pending ... Gentlemen: I've been in sales/marketing for years and am qualified to say that being "customer orientated" is easy when you have a sale pending ... however, consider just how difficult it would be to go the extra mile for a customer when your job is to handle customer complaints 24/7. In a nutshell, you have the baseline challenge for the service department of any auto dealer - never does a customer make an appointment and bring in his/her car to tell the service department just how great the car is performing! Considering the above, and the fact that we have five (5) BMW dealers within easy driving distance - we took our new BMW that was purchased out of state to BMW of Bridgeport, and more specifically, Mr. Walter Modeen. Walter has gone the extra mile and has given us the after the sale support that was promised by a BMW dealer in South Carolina. Clearly, Walter is not only a team player for BMW of Bridgeport, he is fully committed to the BMW/USA service standard that will keep us driving our current BMW and purchasing more BMW's in the future. Although I did not purchase my 2006 330i from BMW of Bridgeport, I can certainly vouch for their customer service department which has been great! Granted, one might not like to take thier car to the sh Bridgeport, I can certainly vouch for their customer service department which has been great! Granted, one might not like to take thier car to the shop every few months to start out with, but in my case, I commute 130 miles per day. One year, six months and 60,000 miles later, I haven't really needed much more than an oil change, wipers, tires and an air filter. I keep thinking that there is more that can be done to keep my baby on top of her game, but I guess German's really do build the ultimate driving machines. Anyway, each time I need to scedule an appointment, I just send Tona (my rep) an e-mail as I drive to work and she always manages to squeeze me in. In a case when they had to keep my car over night, they even provided me alternative transportation. It's been an awesome experice and a reason I will likely keeping going back to BMW of Bridgeport in the years to come. More
