As much as it may be true that an automobile such as the BMW sells itself, I approached my recent purchase with some trepidation. My concerns were practical: cost, new or certified pre-owned, durability and wear and tear on the car given the type of work I do (mainly 30 to 40 city miles per day), etc. Nevertheless, I was referred to BMW of Bridgeport and, specifically, to client advisor Jason Gellatly by two of my colleagues. Now, over a week after purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, I still find myself impressed with the service and efficiency of this dealership. I realize also that I was particularly fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Gellatly whose customer service is exceptional to the point of raising this standard far beyond what I have come to expect of many businesses today. His knowledge of the dealership's inventory made the process of choosing my vehicle quite easy as his honest approach in discussing the specifics of the particular model in which I was interested mitigated any concerns I had regarding the purchase.
