Great experience on Saturday with the service department at BMW of Bloomfield - I had purchased a CPO x3 from BMW of Springfield and after reaching ou Great experience on Saturday with the service department at BMW of Bloomfield - I had purchased a CPO x3 from BMW of Springfield and after reaching out to their service department via phone/email several times to verify what my warranties covered in terms maintenance, I was still left with many gray areas. I called BMW of Bloomfield to set up an oil change for one of their promotions and I was pleasantly surprised when Corey/service informed me that the work was complimentary, because of my CPO warranties in addition to other items that were due for service. I will definitely utilize this location over Springfield for any future needs, I appreciated their honesty and prompt service. Not sure why Springfield couldnt have just told me this information to begin with, but this is what sets them apart. Thank you! More

We paid for a new car and left with a loaner We spent 4 hours with a salesman to buy the car, he couldn't answer our questions and had to keep going back to ask someone about it. While he was honest about that which we appreciated, it was excruciating to sit through. We did buy the car and arrange to pick it up 6 days later because of my travel schedule. We arrive to pick up car and the navigation system had not been installed correctly. After 2.5 hours we left the dealer with a loaner car. What an experience. We never met a manager nor who was even coordinating this experience. The only bright spot was the 22 year old product specialist who came to our house the next day to orient me to the car. I have never owned a BMW before. He was very apologetic and wonderful to deal with but all in all, we hope it gets better after this. More

The detail to attention from the moment of the appointment, to the reception, to the arrangements of alternate transportation and the follow up was supreme. I felt extremely confident that my vehicle was in great hands and I was treated as a very important and appreciated customer. Plus the sales person lied and told me they the fixed the recall thing but when I reviewed my report i found that they didn’t fix it. But they didn’t charge anything. More
