Regretful I made the mistake of taking my car to get my suspension fix after I hit a pothole thinking it was going to get fix in a week tops. If I knew it was going to take that long, I would of have taken my car to my regular body shop and not pay the extra $100 per hour labor that Bmw charges. More

Inaccurate information given and long long wait with no upda I was disappointed with my experience here. I first called them and told them I needed new brakes because that was what my car was indicating. The wom I was disappointed with my experience here. I first called them and told them I needed new brakes because that was what my car was indicating. The women (I don't know her name) pulled up my profile and said it was free. I questioned that and she confirmed again that she had my correct car up on her computer and it was free but I should speak to my service rep. She also said total time to replace brakes is about 2 hours. I arrived at my appointment at 12:15 on the dot and waited 20 mins to talk to a rep as they were short staffed. I was told this isn't free at all and would cost hundreds of dollars. She said to give them one hour and then they would let me know what exactly needs replacing and how much. After 1.5 hours more wait after my initial 20 minute wait, I was told I need rear rotors and pads and it would take an hour. I said fine. Then I proceeded to wait another 2 hours without any updates. I was told text was best way to get updates (not sure why) and I texted them but got no response at all. I was frustrated and the only update I got was when I walked back into the office and asked what was going on. They had no time estimate for me. After another 20 mins waiting in their office, my car was ready. About $650 and that was after a 10% discount where I asked for 20. I told them I could have had this done for about $200 cheaper somewhere else with less than half the wait time if I wasnt told from the start that it would be free. More
