There was a slight problem when I scheduled my oil change... this was in regards to my warranty running out. But the problem was rectified by service advisor Gina. She is awesome and I’ve dealt with her in the past... My warranty did run out, I only have 33 thousand miles and change. But it’s been 4 years since I got the car... I will be back when I hit 40 thousand miles and renew my warranty... the service at Bloomfield BMW has always been professional with no problems...
