Car was brought back to life!! My car had four recalls and they fixed them all and it had a direct effect on the performance of my vehicle. They put me back on the road. It was a wonderful experience. I must say that BMW of Bloomfield is the absolute best. I'm ecstatic with service agent Gina Todisco. Lack of follow up Brought car in for service last Friday due to the tire pressure monitoring light. (Been dealing with the issue on and off for about 1.5 weeks prior to Brought car in for service last Friday due to the tire pressure monitoring light. (Been dealing with the issue on and off for about 1.5 weeks prior to service appointment). I explained the issue that there may be an issue with the sensor and/or the tires. The service advisor somewhat downplayed my compliant at the moment. I picked up the car the same day and was informed a nail was found in the tire on the driver side rear. The service advisor explained a new tire was put on since BMW does not patch tires. I left the dealership and upon my inspection of the car I noticed the tire did not look brand new, but I believed it was not an issue because of what the advisor informed me. Later in the evening the tire pressure light came back on for the same tire I just had service on. I called the service department on Saturday and asked for the service advisor and the service manager to call me; no return call. I called again on Monday and requested someone contact me, but no one did. I called the corporate office and filed a compliant. I needed to go out of town on Tuesday, and due to the continued issue with the tire and lack of follow through from the dealership, I was forced to get a rental car. Followed up with the dealership on Wednesday through phone calls, email, and text; no return call or email. Called corporate on Thursday and informed them of my continued issues, their response was not acceptable as the customer relations rep said they could not do anything and it was up to the individual dealership to get in contact with me. The rep also suggested I go to another dealership and see if they could resolve my tire issue. Finally I decided to request a new service appointment through the same dealership and informed them I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor upon my arrival. I immediately received a phone call from the dealership and have dropped off the car. Now to wait and see if the issue is resolved today. To be continued..... More

Awesome Corey is by far the best service advisor I’ve dealt with. He has helped me understand the service needed for my car and accommodated me on everything Corey is by far the best service advisor I’ve dealt with.
