I recently had an unexpected blowout and had my M5 towed to BMW of Bellevue. Even without an appointment, Ivan took great care of me. My car was scratched during service last September, they admitted it. My texts and emails were ignored so I had to stop by and have a chat with the service manager. They made an appt with the paint guy for a few weeks later. The appt meant nothing as they were too busy to do anything until the next day. What should have been a 1-2 day fix took 6 days. I did have a loaner. I live about 2 hours away and had to make an extra trip to Bellevue to pick up my car. I was not reimbursed $30 for the gas I used to make the extra trip. Anthony was not very good at keeping me informed. Too many times I heard "I was just about to call/text you" what I asked for updates. The work done on my car was fine but the customer service was lacking. I won't be buying any cars from them. More

First class service from the moment I drove inside the Service bays. My service advisor, Anthony, explained what was scheduled, arranged for a loaner, and got me on the road in record time! And, not much longer after the video message, Anthony informed me that my car will be ready by the time I arrive. But he also told me not to rush, and that they’re open until 6pm. And enjoy the i4 M, that was my loaner…..nice car! More

Very disappointing, frustrating, and long process. I came away feeling unsure and not confident that I had made a good decision about the dealership or the vehicle. Rather than a valued (and repeat) customer, I felt like a carcass to be picked over for additional revenue. The attempted upselling represented about 50% of the purchase price. Upfront, I said I wanted to pay cash for a car. Instead, I was pressured to take financing (I did not). The car had evidently not been adequately checked or detailed before delivery as it required a battery replacement when it was presented in the delivery area. I view these problems as symptoms of poor general management and an unhealthy corporate culture (and NOT of the individual sales advisor). I am not confident in what I can expect for after sales support. More
