I left this dealership years ago because the service was bad , the employees were jerks , and the care was just not there. In an emergent situation I had to stop in and was greeted immediately with car and concern from Connor. He assessed the car , and gave me a loaner while the techs assessed further. Even gave me a bottle of water. He was in touch with me the entire time my car was being service and explained everything in detail. He was kind and the customer care was extraordinary and certainly different from years ago. More

BMW sent us a video saying two wheels were bent and the control arms needed replacement, and the issue was not alignment related. We declined the work for then because the total was over $2500 and wanted to check other options, specifically possible aftermarket wheels since it was $1144 for two. About two weeks later I had a wheel specialist look at my wheels because he said he could fix the damage. He looked at them and said they were not bent. He did an alignment and I had a mechanic do the control arms. The problem was fixed, for $800 and no new rims. I called BMW to inquire why they recommended work that was not necessary. I spoke with the general manager, who told me he would discuss with the service manager and get back to me the following Monday. Needless to say I never heard back from him or the service manager. For the record, I was very professional and polite, as was the GM, but after not following up I decided I would put them on blast where possible. Don’t do any service here, or at least do your due diligence if you are even remotely suspicious of the service department claims. More
