I arrived at the Bmw service center and I was greeted immediately with a friendly greeting. I gave him my name and he said your meeting with our service advisor and please follow me. When I met with the service advisor, he was friendly explained what was going to happen and approximately how long it would take. You’re waiting in the waiting room there’s coffee and water and we will call you with updates or I’ll text you. A couple of hours later he found me in the lobby and we went back to his office. He explained what was happening to the car what happened what work they did and they showed me with the car was it was cleaned and washed I thanked him and went on my way. More
