Sean, in the service department, is extremely condescending and sarcastic, often making flippant remarks showing his disdain for customers. This is unacceptable for a dealership where quality is expected and anticipated. More
Poor Customer Service from the Service Advisor My initial call into the service center was excellent and I was able to get a "scheduled" drop off appointment. The scheduler I spoke to was friendly, informative and polite. I would give her 5 stars ! I dropped off my BMW at the scheduled time and my assigned service advisor was polite, however before my car was scene and diagnosed by a technician he was already telling me that it was likely the most expensive repair. Maybe he has a technical/mechanical background maybe he doesn't, but based off of one error code P0306 it could be one of 4 things. I asked the service advisor to call me on my cell phone and I ensured he had that phone number. Shortly after dropping off my car I received an automated text telling me that if I had any questions to please text or call. After 3 hours I had not heard from him so I sent a text and did not receive a reply. I called a couple of hours later and no answer. Finally at 7pm I saw that I had an email from him that included a PDF attachment for a bill of over $4000.00 With little or no explanation. I called the next morning when the service center opened only to find out that my assigned service advisor was off. I asked that my car be ready for pickup in an hour without the repairs being completed since BMW of Annapolis did not feel as if it was important to have someone talk to me about the proposed repairs. The car was ready at the requested time. along with the $140 diagnostic bill. I have taken the car elsewhere for repair where customer service is as equally important as the quality of the repair. I am waiting for this dealer to provide a time when two BMW recalls can be performed, but given my most recent experience I am hesitant to even bring the car back for those services. More

Satisfied Service advisors are very good. Don't allow others to wash my car. It pet peeve is when I forget to say,"please don't wash my car", they wash it as p Service advisors are very good.
