Ultimate Driving Machine Worst Service Dept. BMW Annapolis I own two BMW's with extended service agreements. Within the past 4 weeks, I tried to get service after responding to emails telling me that service w I own two BMW's with extended service agreements. Within the past 4 weeks, I tried to get service after responding to emails telling me that service was due. First car taken in and met by Alan. He told me that I would have to schedule an appointment opposed to dropping off the car. He checked my key fob and said the computer indicated that my wife's car did not need service, He went on to say that she does not drive the car hard and did not need an oil change for over 7,000 miles. I asked for service records and the oil was changed 9,000 miles ago. No Service Manager available so spoke to John Kim, General Sales Manager who said the Service Manager would call me back. No call so I took my BMW to an Independent Service Dealer to get an oil change and alignment. I paid out of pocket despite having a BMW Service Warranty. Receive an email last week that my second BMW was due for service. Took car in and Jane said the car was not due for another 3,000 miles and to come in at 2,500 miles before the extended warranty expired. Another wasted trip! Received a text this afternoon saying to bring vehicle in for service tomorrow 8-16-2019. These folks have zero respect for my time and do everything they can to not service my cars under service warrant contracts. If you buy a car at BMW Annapolis, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO INFLUENCE YOU TO BUY EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTY"s. Dealer is fortunate to be located in a densely populated affluent area of the country making I'm sure good profit from the dealership. Bottom line is they don't care about you after your purchase. Called and left message and then e mail and never got a response or call back. Bought my Bimmer at a local dealership. A week later I got an e mail from the internet sales person. Spilled my story and offered me a free car wash. Thanks a lot but no thanks. Sales team deserves zero stars if I could just do it but the rating won’t let me do it. More

The service department has absolutely the worst customer service of any auto repair shop, let alone any BMW dealershi STAY AWAY FROM BMW OF ANNAPOLIS. The service department has absolutely the worst customer service of any auto repair shop, let alone any BMW dealership. To avoid getting into the tedious details I will just say that after 2 weeks and 6 unreturned phone calls to the service station, I had to drive there in the middle of the day just to speak directly to someone about their failure to even get me a corrected proposal. I was then berated and made to feel at fault for their inabilities to communicate within their own department or to communicate with the customer. They refused to write up the correct proposal because "they would have to open a new service ticket". They wouldn't even give me a proposal for the work that needed to be performed! They said "Most people don't care about that. They'll give you the itemized work on the receipt when it is done. And if you had gotten the work done when we had the car the first time, you wouldn't have a problem." Since they had failed to diagnose the problem correctly the first time and did not have the parts needed for the actual repair, there was no way of having the problem fixed when they had my car the first time. They also seem find it perfectly acceptable to require their customers to hand over their cars and pay for service without a written parts/labor estimate before the work begins. Bottom line: weeks were wasted and I never received the correct proposal nor did I receive any return correspondence to help solve the problem. More

Had to wait to see if someone can help me I half a 2019 BMW X5 msrp 72000.00 Temp tag still on car. Granted not purchased there. Thank god. No one could help me Genius was our sick You would think you are buying a premium car and you would think you would get premium service. I hope this review is helpful to someone considering to by a car from them. You can buy any where. Service is most important after sale. More
Wasted Saturday afternoon I called ahead to negotiate a price for a used vehicle. The pricing was agreed to so my family and I drove 45 miles to test drive the vehicle. We finished test driving the car, walk inside and the price was $1500 higher than the price agreed to on the phone. They said I spoke to their office in Dallas but they didn't have the authority to offer the price that was agreed to. The sales manager didn't believe my story but he said even if he did review the recording from the conversation, he couldn't offer that price. More

I was kinda sorta looking for a new vehicle, spotted one on their website, and stopped by I just had the most amazing experience at BMW of Annapolis. I was kinda sorta looking for a new vehicle, spotted one on their website, and stopped by the dealership to talk with Tom Hamel about it. Tom sold us a Mini a few years ago, and that was an enjoyable experience so I figured I would try him again. And once again, he did not disappoint. Tom guided me through the entire process, ensured I was treated well and got a fair price, and all of the paperwork was handled expeditiously. He even made sure a slight problem with the vehicle was taken care of with no hassles at all. The sales manager and finance manager were extremely professional and courteous. Overall, a very positive experience. More
