Bad recommendation on Financing I traveled to Maryland due to an Ad for a used x3. It fit my monthly budget. In person, the color of the car/interior was not for me. They showed me I traveled to Maryland due to an Ad for a used x3. It fit my monthly budget. In person, the color of the car/interior was not for me. They showed me a Brand new X3 that I could get into for the same low monthly amount using a BALLOON financing, what a mistake. In 5 years. The amortized value was due or refinance, I would have been better off with a lease. Wish I never bought the car under those terms. Buyer beware of balloon financing, More

This was several years ago but W.G. Hawkins promised to have something fixed that employee broke but when they found out it was over $400, they refused. Had pictures too. During the Corvid - 19 lockdown this BMW in Annapolis scheduled service clients in a timely manner. Social distancing is practiced in their spacious waiting area. The text they send in the morning says to reply with any additional needs. I responded and no answer. Upon picking up my vehicle they said it is automated and no one checks it! What good is a text system th additional needs. I responded and no answer. Upon picking up my vehicle they said it is automated and no one checks it! What good is a text system that asks you to respond if they don’t check it. When I picked up the car not one person would even acknowledge me. Everyone could see me but not one person said we’ll be with you in a minute. After 5 minutes I shouted can somebody help me?! I expect much more from BMW! More
