Super helpful, knowledgeable and will go out of her way. I didnt buy my vehicle from here but that should not warrant me from a good BMW service experience from a fine dealership and that is exactly what I love about Daniels. They take care of me and I feel good about dropping my car off there and paying the service. More

There was an issue with the service on my car. I called quite upset and the above named employees jumped through hoops to address it. They then went beyond that and fixed several things that they weren't responsible for covering and charged me for a only a small part of it cost. To tell you that it was a pleasure having a problem solved in such a professional, customer-centered way is an understatement.
