Tony Genao was my wife and mine's client adviser. Tony makes you feel comfortable the moment you sit down. He is more than willing to spend any amount of time with you and answer all of your questions. If he doesn't know the answer to a specific question he will go and find the person who does. When it comes time to talk dollars and cents Tony will show you all the numbers. He will show you the dealerships mark ups along with any and all credits he can give. If you have a number in mind he will work to get the price their. I can say that Tony was, without a doubt, the reason we went with a new BMX X4 over the Jaguar F-Pace. When you are looking to invest over 50k in a vehicle the last thing you want to have is a person who keeps trying to up sell you and treat you like that is a small sum of money and a waste of their time...just an fyi to anyone who may be considering a Jaguar in the LV. Closing the sale could not have been easier with Sales Manger Joe Grazer ensuring all paperwork is ready for you when you walk in the door. Our purchase required some additional paperwork steps which Joe and Tony facilitated along the way. Both were always available via email or phone call.
