I have been working with Todd in the service department for years (always a great experience with Todd and his team) and he hooked me up with Tony and the transition was seemless. Todd got me into a loaner vehicle so I could get to work without hassle while Tony immediately assessed my needs and worked on getting me the right vehicle for the right price. I was working in Philadelphia and Tony worked with me via phone and email and was flexible to ensure that the process met my needs, including being flexible with delivery to fit the window of availability that I had. Rick in the finance department was great to work with and did not waste my time with trying to sell my unnecessary add ons. He focused on the warrantees that best fit my needs and price point. Tony did not play any of the games I have experienced in the past from other deals, with the "Let me check with my manager" techniques; we had great discussions and he was honest about the terms of the transactions (squeezing that last couple of dollars out of my trade value to get me where I needed to be). A refreshing change of pace for me. My only complaint is Tony found me such a perfect X3, so perfect I think my wife is going to steal it from me!
