I bought a 2018 M550xi and it is an incredible vehicle. Each member of the team I worked with at Daniels (Tony Genao, Joe Grazer and Rick Mungione) was polite, knowledgable and a serious professional. Most of my interaction was with Tony, and he is top notch. Daniels should offer training classes to some of the other local dealerships. They clearly are a notch above. Purchased a CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport I visited Daniel's BMW on 05/13/2017 to look at a 2016 BMW 328i xDrive and a CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport. Eric Kunkle was the Client Advisor who I visited Daniel's BMW on 05/13/2017 to look at a 2016 BMW 328i xDrive and a CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport. Eric Kunkle was the Client Advisor who helped me inspect the cars and then test drive them. I ended up purchasing the CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport and couldn't be happier! I have had good and bad dealer experiences over the years, mostly bad, and I have to say this was a wonderful experience! I was coming from a little over an hour drive away and hadn't had any prior experience with Daniel's BMW. I was delighted that I made the trip and found the exact car that I wanted and had a great overall dealership experience. Eric was very laid back and not pushy and I got a a genuine caring vibe, not a salesman just out to extract the most money out of your pocket (previous experiences from dealerships near where I live). He was very knowledgeable about the cars and what I enjoyed the most was that he took his time and didn't try to rush through going over the options or cut short the test drives. An awesome touch was even after I agreed to purchase the car (great deal!) and got through the finance department, Eric had still stuck around (40 minutes after the dealership closed) so that he could show me how to pair my phone with the Bluetooth on the car. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Eric! Another very nice thing, before I was about the drive off in my new car, Eric pointed out that there were some curb rash on the back-driver’s wheel that I could bring the car down another time to have polished out at no cost. Rick in financing was excellent to deal with as well, when I told him the annual mileage that I drive, he even said that it would not be worth buying the extended maintenance because I wouldn't hit the miles that I would have to get things replaced. Very honest and straightforward and I was extremely pleased. I'm not a fan of sales pitches and nonsense and I didn't receive any... An overall wonderful dealership experience! I would definitely purchase a future car from Eric, Rick and Daniel's BMW and would recommend them to anyone. Jeff More

Ash was personable, honest, and most importantly knowledgeable about BMW... We traveled from NJ to Allentown because Daniels had the car we wanted, and also had lots of other cars in stock. We got a great deal on the car, and made some new friends in the process. Both Gary and Clint assisted and both were perfect gentlemen.... There were no hard sales on extras, there were answers to every question we had, and we completed our initial test drive and delivery of the car on a single day -- a Saturday no less.
