South Miami's BMW and South Miami's Mini is not a serious dealership. They do not keep the verbal offer and try to deceive you when they present the offer in the written contract. These jerks treat their cus dealership. They do not keep the verbal offer and try to deceive you when they present the offer in the written contract. They are more concerned about getting you in to the dealership - then selling you a car. Great sales experience further north in Dearfield Beach for those of you who want to avoid all the upselling and dealership - then selling you a car. Me and my husband were working with Anthony and his sales manager Zach on a bmw sale. We were told that the car would be held for us until the weekend when we could make the drive down and that no deposit w manager Zach on a bmw sale. We were told that the car would be held for us until the weekend when we could make the drive down and that no deposit was required to hold the car. We had messaged with Anthony the morning we left to make sure everything was still good to go and we were told to come on down. So we booked a hotel, and drove the 5.5 hours to Miami during a storm to purchase the car. When we were about 15 minutes away we get a call saying that the car was sold last night.. even though we were told that morning it was still available. We wasted about 500 dollars of our own money on travel and hotel, not to mention spending an entire day driving for nothing. I would not recommend coming here. The only person who even called us back to try and make things right was Charlie, he was kind and apologetic and the only reason we gave one star instead of zero More

SCAMMERS! !!!!!, they will RUIN your credit and not sell the car!!!!! This dealer should be awarded the worse dealership in the world. I provided loan approv !!!!!, they will RUIN your credit and not sell the car!!!!! This dealer should be awarded the worse dealership in the world. I provided loan approval and was ready to make the down payment on 07/29/2024. Charles spoke with me and forced to me to submit credit application. Once I am all approved, Emily asked me to send the insurance copy. I sent all the requested information at 3 PM only to hear today that they sold the car last night after they ran my credit and have an approved loan. Worse part is, they did not even inform me until 07/30/2024 3 PM. I had to send many email to just a call back and hear the bad news. The team is a joke, Katherine asked me to review information last night at 9:30 PM when the car was sold at 8 PM, Diana asked me for insurance copy the next day at 9:30 AM when the car was sold the previous night. Stay away from this dealer and Charles. More
I just had the worst experience with this BMW of South Miami dealership and my salesperson Raimon Garcia and sales manager Zack Simpson Garcia. After making arrangements to lease a new BMW 750e and doing Miami dealership and my salesperson Raimon Garcia and sales manager Zack Simpson Garcia. After making arrangements to lease a new BMW 750e and doing all the paperwork and arranging to pick the car up, I was told that the MSRP was "blocked" and the car was being recalled by BMW. I checked with multiple management people at BMW USA and there was NO recall of this automobile. It is obvious that they sold it to someone else or do not wish to honor their commitment. These two then stopped responding to my calls and emails. Do not try to buy a car from them. More
Straight up the absolute WORST dealership I have ever experieced. I have owned 30 cars & never seen, nor experienced such horrible service, both by the salesman, Anthony Angulo amd sales “manager” Charli experieced. I have owned 30 cars & never seen, nor experienced such horrible service, both by the salesman, Anthony Angulo amd sales “manager” Charlie. After finding a $90,000 used car available for sale from this dealership, I called to get info on it and was connected with Anthony. It always took a day or 2 for him to respond to my requests for photos, etc. He was hardly ever reachable by phone and didnt return calls. After FINALLY hearing back with the info I requested, I agreed to purchase the car. Filled out paperwork online, wired the money and booked a flight from SC to pick up the car. Sent anthony our flight itinerary, gave him a weeks notice and sent him our arrival time at the dealership. When we got there, the car was not ready and we waited almost 2 hours for the car to get ready. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and i get a call that the paperwork process was incorrect and they were overnighting a new packed for me to fill out and get notarized. I did that and sent it back. They sent me a new temp tag at that point. A week later, another overnight envelope from the dealership, paperwork error on their part again. Filled it out and sent back again. Another week later and no tag. Keep in mind, I paid sales tax and the ridiculously high tag and title fees for them to do this simple job. Now my temp tag expires in a week. Called the dealership and as usual, could not get my salesman or ANYONE to answer the phone. Tried this for 3 days. No answer, mailboxes full, etc. No callback. Sent texts to my salesman. He finally responds that he will take care of it. Never does. Finally, I call his cell and he answers his cell on a Friday. Tells me to wait til Monday. He believes I should have a tag by then. Worst case, he will make sure I get another temporary tag before my tag expires. Waited until Tuesday and still no response from my salesman. Texted him to ask what was going on and no response. My temp tag is now expired. Called the dealership no less than 15 times on Wednesday. Left messages for 2 managers, one of them being Charlie. The sales person that I spoke to told me that Charlie was aware of my situation, aware that I called and would be calling me back as soon as he finished up with a customer. That was 11 AM. It is now 5:30 PM. No callback. Was told that the financing manager was the person who could help. Got connected to his phone. No answer. Voicemail is full. Does that tell you anything? Don’t believe me? Call the dealership three or four times and see how many times somebody actually answers the phone there. You might be surprised. Finally, I raise kane and spoke to a salesman who did answer the phone and insisted I’d be put on hold until I could speak to a sales manager. After 15 minutes he told me that Charlie is finally available and he would put me right through. The phone rang for almost 5 minutes and Charlie never picked up. I call back. Almost 30 minutes later, I finally finally get to talk to Pablo, another manager. I explained the situation and he assures me that I will get a call back. He also told me that he sees the notes that my salesman was supposed to be calling me back. Never has, never did. Meanwhile, I’m still driving around on an expired tag. I don’t know what’s going on with this dealership but they need somebody in charge to make sure people answer the phone, make sure Salesman return calls, and give Service after the sale. More
