You can tell private equity owns it now. Chris was a great advisor but the rest was average. Also, when I came home, my husband notice that only one screw of my license plate was left, and it was tilted which was very odd. He found two of the screws in the holder so they just have been removed during service and not put back. More

BMW OWNERS BEWARE‼️‼️ BMW & mini of South Miami – Oil change on 4/22/26 (RO# BMCS80131). Their own MPI video showed no oil leaks. Shortly after, a large leak appeared from the oil filter housing Oil change on 4/22/26 (RO# BMCS80131). Their own MPI video showed no oil leaks. Shortly after, a large leak appeared from the oil filter housing because the technician left out the O-ring. I replaced it myself. Two months later the serpentine belt failed while driving because it had been soaked in oil from that leak. The car went into limp mode and had to be towed. An independent shop confirmed the oil contamination from the missing O-ring caused the belt failure and debris was pulled into the crankshaft seal. Total out-of-pocket cost: $1,997.85. The dealership denied full responsibility and only offered partial goodwill. Very poor handling of a problem their service created. DO NOT USE THER SERVICES. More
