We just bought a new Tacoma here. This was one of the nicest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. Our salesman was Terry Pickle and he was great. I Also liked that we only dealt with our salesman for the entire buying experience. No finance guy, other sale people etc. Just one person the entire time. I would recommend this dealership for the novice car buyer or someone who doesn't really know true mark up or dealer cost or for those who are just really uncomfortable around people and don't want conf buyer or someone who doesn't really know true mark up or dealer cost or for those who are just really uncomfortable around people and don't want confrontation or negotiation. I was very unhappy with the pricing there. My advice would be to take their "non negotiable" made up price and use it as a starting point. Take it to any other dealer in the valley and watch them beat it. I've done it twice and I have had many friends do the same thing. A non negotiable toyota? Lol ok. More
