She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and really spent a lot of time and effort makings sure our car buying experience was exceptional . We drove home with a car we love, had a very good price with good financing. We would highly recommend Shannon Eichorn and Avondale Toyota to anyone looking for a hassle free car shopping experience. Made appointment for regular scheduled maintenance. Service representative Tyler Young was courteous and helpful, however that's where the good feeling ended. After my vehicle was driven into the service garage I waited in the waiting area, then after a period of time decided to walk to the service garage to view the work being done on my year old vehicle. Two young mechanics were checking over my vehicle and after a moment one of them removed the front floor mats and literally threw the mats into the back of my vehicle, not setting the mats down nicely but throwing the floor mats. His careless action left marks on moldings and dirt from the mats on the rear seats. The service rep explained that they are required to remove the floor mats and I explained that it can be done in a completely different manner, such as courteous and professional. After the maintenance was completed I made the mistake of taking a moment to look at some of the used vehicles on the dealers lot. Instead of having a professional and courteous sales associate the young man that sauntered over came with an attitude after I said no thank you I was just looking for now. This rude treatment a year after I had purchased the vehicle from this same dealer and when they had made a mistake on their paper work and demanded that either my wife or I immediately sign something they had made the mistake on. We were out of town for a period of time and could not sign the paperwork during that time, but that did not stop them from getting to the point of harassing phone calls. I do NOT recommend this dealer to anyone and I will NOT be giving them any repeat business! More

Our salesman, Terry Repovsch, was more than helpful. We had previously traded in a 2005 Pruis and bought a 2013 Corolla. However, after only a couple of months, I wanted to drive a Pruis once again. My wife and I have had several bad "car-buying" experiences over the years and went into Avondale Toyota with weary eyes wide open. We've had some good experiences too, but it's funny how you remem experiences over the years and went into Avondale Toyota with weary eyes wide open. We've had some good experiences too, but it's funny how you rememeber the bad experiences over everything else. Several things pleased us immediately from the start of our experience; for one, no "High pressure" sales tactics or sales people. Second, all your vehicle have your "best-price" posted on each vehicle - I like that, since I have had experiences in the past where that wasn't the case. Third, and this was the best of the three, the whole paperwork/financing process was relatively quick and painless - we were in and out of there in just under an hour and a half! Bernardo, our sales/finance manager was friendly and courteous. The vehicle we purchased was a certified pre-owned vehicle, but was so well prepared and cared for, that it seems practically new. We've always had good luck with Toyota's in the past and we are looking forward to many more good Toyota vehicle years in the future! Thanks! More

We had previously had one of the worst imaginable experiences at Larry Miller Toyota and were ready to give up on Toyota altogether. My In-Laws then brought up going to Avondale Toyota (they had bought a truck at the previously owned Avondale Dodge and had a great experience). I was not confident in that thought, but I went ahead and agreed. Well I am happy to report that this was the most professional, straightforward, relaxing vehicle purchases I have ever had. Ted was helpful, clarifying, thorough in his explanations, patient, and the list goes on. If this is the experience that I have had at Avondale, I would hope that all will have this as well. I know that I will never go to another car dealership, now that I have experienced the way buying a car "should be." More
