Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They got the work done when they said they would, did a great job and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. At my request, they topped off my power steering fluid (after Demmer Ford failed to do so as part of the 60,000 mile service) and didn't charge me for it. And they washed my car without even asking.
