I do not know the the name of the people who helped me. I will pay attention to that next time. My service person was lovely to deal with. Whoever checked me in at 7:15 on Tues, July, 27th was wonderful. He was very calm and professional.

Can you get my Jeep fix properly? My engine light is still on.... Now, I have to take it to another Jeep dealership. The hardship and inconvenience of not fixing it and charging all that money is fraudulent.
