I have been coming to this dealership for a very long time. Julie has been my service rep and an outstanding person and service rep. She gets me in and all services are done without a problem at all. She gets me parts and if not possible because my dodge 2500 just turned 20 years old She tells me what route to go to be able to fix it. I have confidence when I bring in my truck to get a check over before I hit the road with my truck and trailer with horses and if we need to fix it She works to fit me in to get it done before I hit the road. We have a routine because me and my husband work all day till late but I can pay swing by pick up keys and come back very easy and my truck is always fixed and no surprises or problems. I can go on and on but I gotta tell ya I don't trust my truck my horses safety with anyone else and its the service that is provided by julie and all the people I come in contact with theres no attitude no problems and everyone has been so genuinely nice and professional. You should be very proud of these people all of them its not an easy job lots of multi tasking and alot of people who just don't understand the business or how to be nice and have manners they.....your employees are there doing the best they can do I only bring my truck to you.
