I believe the price we negotiated was very fair and I was not able to get any large volume LA dealers to give me enough of an incentive to make the hike up north to buy a car from them. He was very patient and knowledgeable and guided me through the various options and helped me find the exact car and color (very important to me) that I wanted. When I received delivery of the car, he spent a great deal of time going over the many features, making sure that I understood how they worked and he offered to be a resource for me in the future when I have any questions about them.
