Mixed experience Unlike most reviewers here I had a mixed experience with this dealership. When we visited them for the first time for the test drive we were assisted by Doug (do not recall his last name) and he was very courteous and helpful. Answered all of our numerous questions. In fact, he was one of the best car sale associates I have ever met in my life. Then we did more test driving and some shopping around. I called them back in a week to see if we can come back for negotiation and since Doug was not at work on that day my phone call was answered by someone named Jim. He was just plainly rude with me. He said, and I quote "It is not a game we are playing here. You like the car - you buy it right away. Otherwise you don't need to come back here" and he continued in similar tone. I am not sure if Jim is playing "a bad cop" role there or something. I have been through the car buying experience before and I know some sale associates can be rude. But Jim's behavior was beyond anything I have experienced before. I would have given them one star, but I should be fair to Doug. He did a pretty good job on our first visit. More

He matched the price I expected, walked me through the options, and promised improved driving comfort. He kept me informed and delivered on all fronts. JP is not your stereotypical car sales man I had been eyeing the 2014 Subaru Crosstrek and stopped by to just look and test drive. JP was helpful, friendly and not pushy at all.
