The whole process took about 5 hours, but all the waiting was pleasant because I just felt like I was hanging out with a girlfriend. She made sure I got everything I wanted and made spending so much money as painless as possible. I appreciate her! She even transferred my license plate frame off of my C-RV for me with her cute pink little power drill. More

Long, and frustrating I went in to get a brand new Sti and took me four days to get it. The sales manager, I didn’t catch his name, didn’t let us take the car the same day I went in to get a brand new Sti and took me four days to get it. The sales manager, I didn’t catch his name, didn’t let us take the car the same day we signed the papers because we needed proof of a car we payed off even though it had nothing to do with the car we were trying to purchase and had us return 4 times because the papers we brought didn’t have enough information to proved we paid off the veichle. But the two salesman bailey and Jose were very nice and great people. Just wish the sales manager didn’t play games with us. More

Fairly painless! It would be helpful to have a better estimate for time required. We were told 4 hours so took 2 cars. About 1/2 hour one way. Took less than 2...if we knew that we would have just hung out and gone to lunch! Also did not receive a call letting us know how long once it went back to service area as promised. I understand it may be difficult yo estimate some repair times but this was a chip reprogram and oil change. More
