The whole process took about 5 hours, but all the waiting was pleasant because I just felt like I was hanging out with a girlfriend. She made sure I got everything I wanted and made spending so much money as painless as possible. I appreciate her! She even transferred my license plate frame off of my C-RV for me with her cute pink little power drill. More

Fairly painless! It would be helpful to have a better estimate for time required. We were told 4 hours so took 2 cars. About 1/2 hour one way.
