This place should be your last resort If you decide to shop here don't go on a weekend. I made a "reservation" nearly 2 hours ahead of time. When I got there it was so busy I waited almost an hour and did not get a sales person until I threatened to leave. Know what vehicle you want well because the sales people don't seem too knowledgeable. This place is just a car mill. These people prey upon stupid people . They use every stereotypical sleazy trick in the book. Do yourself a favor & get financing before you even walk in the door. They will try to give you the highest rate they can. I have a credit score of over 780 & the best they would give me was 4.9 & I had to fight to get that. I refinanced shortly after my purchase & reduced my rate by over one percent! Customer Service is pathetic. Originally they wanted me to wait 7 days to pick up the vehicle. After making arrangements to pick up the vehicle on a Thursday morning they didn't have it ready until that evening. They said they only have one girl that does registrations and she doesn't start doing them until 430 pm. And they won't even start processing your sale until you wire your down payment to their bank! What ever happened to showing up with it when you pick up the car? The detail job on the car was also pathetic, no wax or buff just a so-so wash. The windows were terrible I had to clean them when I got home. Expect a full tank of gas? Not here, they sent me on my way with a third of a tank. I can only recommend this dealership if you can't find the car you want anywhere else and your desperate. More
