I bought a car years ago from this dealership and was very pleased. I got another vehicle from their other dealership in peabody and was a complete poop show. The car was delivered in such poor condition very pleased. I got another vehicle from their other dealership in peabody and was a complete poop show. The car was delivered in such poor conditions. I was promised it would be made right. I waited and called several times with no results or satisfaction. I then thought maybe it was the Peabody store. So I went back to Dedham. I traded in a car that was cherry. I was promised the same. This was not the case another poop show. The salesman was nice but once the deal was done he didnt want to do anything about it. I cannot believe this place is in business. The car smelled horribly like smoke dents all over the car no floormats or extra key. I asked over and over and the response was partner I will take care of this I will make it right trust me. Well I feel sorry for his wife because I would never trust this company again. I will be putting bad reviews on any site they are on. The owner is a pompous butt so I guess as they say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. If you owner is the way he is then his company will be too. Never will I go again to this place and I will make appoint to tell people never to go here!!! More
