Upon arriving at Dedham Auto Mall, My husband and I were greeted by the friendliest staff. Buying a car can be stressful, but Charles Cooper made the whole process very simple. I had sent an email inquiry asking about a Rav4 and when I arrived we went straight to all the Rav4's on the lot. My husband and I test drove one and decided to purchase it. Mr. Cooper and the rest of the staff at Dedham Auto Mall were fantastic with the process and helping us stay within our budget. The downfall, however, was that I was supposed to be able to pick up my new vehicle on Monday. Monday's are the only day that both my husband and I have off. We called them twice the day we were supposed to pick up the vehicle and both times we were told that the "runner" (whoever that is) would have our registration by 5:30... PM... Well, by 6:30 we still had not heard anything back from them so we drove to Dedham (45 mins away from our home). Only to be called at 7:15, that the registration wouldn't be ready that day, but the following day. This was very inconvenient to both me and my husband. If you buy from these guys, be prepared to not get your car when it was promised to you.. More
