John Jenkins, who is also associated with the dealership, was also very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of fthe different vehicles our daughter was interested in. Not a good dealership I bought a ram 2500 from Eric.1at I ask was the truck a repo,flood,used for company,been in any wrecks.he stated no.well I found the following thing o I bought a ram 2500 from Eric.1at I ask was the truck a repo,flood,used for company,been in any wrecks.he stated no.well I found the following thing once a got home.1-tail gate had been hit and poor repair job.2-bed had dents,scared up very bad and was hidden with a bed liner.3- tan clogged mud in the chassis,some of which was painted over black.body was clean but should have looked under truck and bed liner.they was contacted about these matters then wax the tail gate.4- tire had a non repairable hole in side wall.found when I got home.they stated that they couldn't sell a truck with that,so maybe I hit a curb but there non around me.so that cost $950.00 for tires.5-then found out truck was bought from a out a state sale from Louisiana,which I told them I didn't buy trucks from sales.6- I live in s.c I ask was they going do all my paperwork they stated that they handled everything.will 3 weeks later I get the paper work mailed to me not handled.so I call Eric my sale man and told him the papers weren't filled out or took to d.m.v stated he would call me back.he never called back now I have 2 trips to d.m.v from there laziness not handling the paper work correctly. More

Yes!!! Great place, they work til they get you what you want, the service was superior and the guys are all FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC! One major drawback (just being honest) they number of inquiries I was told I would have versus what I actually had was ridiculous. I was told there would be THREE total and a month later, I am still getting letters in the mail from lenders who did a hard inquiry. Twenty three and counting. But the service and overall amazingness of the guys was so incredible that it kind of overrides anything negative that I could say. Great place and great people. ?? More

I have had Hendersonville Automotive (and before them Egolf Motors) service three Town and Countrys since 1998. 222,000 miles on the 1997, 337,000 I have had Hendersonville Automotive (and before them Egolf Motors) service three Town and Countrys since 1998. 222,000 miles on the 1997, 337,000 miles on the 2003 and just started on our 2016. I cannot praise Terry Wynstra enough!! He has been my "personal" mechanic for all nineteen years. The great miles I get on my cars is due to his excellent care. Also, Robert and Mia are the best service writers I have known. They all treat me like I am more than just another customer. I also have Terry service my 1989 Ford Ranger. I hope these three are Hendersonville Automotive employees as long as I own an automobile!! Hendersonville Automotive is fortunate to have them!! H. Ray Talley More

We drove from Charleston sc to look at a vehicle we saw online. We had brought our two Labrador retrievers with us as it was a day trip. When they realized we had the dogs in the car they asked us to bring them in. We didn't spend a lot of time haggling over price and we were on our way by lunch time! They were so friendly and easy going I felt like we were visiting friends instead of buying a vehicle! I would definitely make the trip again. More
