Pressured and stuck I was referred there by a coworker. I had the intent to trade in my vehicle for a specific vehicle. But if i wasnt able to get that vehicle i was wi I was referred there by a coworker. I had the intent to trade in my vehicle for a specific vehicle. But if i wasnt able to get that vehicle i was willing to trade in for an affordable vehicle that i could refinance and trade in after 6 months. I told them the vehicle i was wanting to view. They never got the keys to the vehicle and took me straight to the office to start trying to get a loan for a different vehicle. They then said that i needed to trade in my vehicle and i could get this convertible mustang or a ford fusion. I asked to see the fusion because i didnt want a convertible mustang. They never showed me the fusion or told me the rates. They ended up pressuring me into the mustang. A week later the salesman was harrassing me about the title to the blazer i traded in. I told him i never had the title just the title receipt because it was bought at an auction. He said the sale wasnt completed without the title. I told him you can take the car back and give me the blazer because i never wanted the car, i was pressured into it. He insisted he just needed the title and the sale was completed. A week later i went in to sign some papers and i paid the no title fee. He comes over and harrasses me about the title. The lady explained that i paid and theres no issue. Within the second month the door handle latch snapped. I also tried to trade it in and i was told the loan company they used, you cant trade in for at least three years. And i told them specifically that i intended on trading this car in after six months. Now im stuck with a car i dont want, paying high rates. More

He got me in the car I wanted with the down payment I wan I went to the dealership looking to trade in my 2014 Toyota RAV4 and Harvey was my salesman. He got me in the car I wanted with the down payment I wanted to give and the monthly payment I was looking for.
