Initially, I was very intimidated by the whole process, and I was not feeling confident after visiting about six other dealerships in the area. At AutoOne, the staff was very kind, honest, and patient with me - and for a first-time buyer, I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciated that. The staff was not pushy and made sure that I understood everything that I needed to know. Brian and Jake were awesome to work with, and I immediately felt comfortable around both of them. I think I made a great choice buying from AutoOne, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family who are looking to buy a new car. Thanks for a great experience!! More

Adam took us for the test drive, answered questions, and handled everything in a very professional and friendly manner. We sort of felt we would like the car we were going to see. It was a genuine pleasure to purchase at AutoOne with Adam. We had full confidence and no hesitation through the entire process. Buyers beware, do your research Buyers do your research before you buy. My husband and I called first to ask for the car fax on the vehicle we were looking for. I specifically asked Buyers do your research before you buy. My husband and I called first to ask for the car fax on the vehicle we were looking for. I specifically asked the sales man (Adam) that we would like the car to be cold (not warmed up) when we arrive. We arrived to a clearly warmed up vehicle, but Adams first words were "we didn't warm it up, it's nice and cold". When I popped the hood and told him the engine was hot he changed his story and said someone just test drove it. He started asking me questions about how many we have looked at and why we haven't bought yet. We explained that we are doing our reasearch and he said "well then if you haven't found one you want yet this must not be the vehicle for you. We test drive it and asked for a price on our trade in and his reply was ' I can't give you one bc we will want to bring some buyers in to see if they want it before we give you a price. Long story short he was very arrogant and not wanting to make a sale. This car was on their lot for 2 months. If you know what you are talking about don't go here. They clearly only want people who are impulsive and can be easily bought with their sales tactics. Their vehicles are a bit overpriced when compared to KBB More

AMAZING SERVICE AutoOne is an amazing place to go to purchase a car.
