Went there for a recall notice. I set my appointment for the weekend and they told me that they would call me if the parts aren’t available for the recall repair. Never got a call. I showed up on Saturday for my 10:15am appointment and the line of cars were stretched out to the road. It took 45 minutes to get checked in, even though I had an appointment. I left them my car and a few hours later they called me and told me they couldn’t do the repair because they don’t have what they need for the recall repair. I appreciate being seen soon after my car was starting to have starting problems. I never have a problem waiting on my car even though this was almost 6 hours. Went in for an oil change, but also to diagnose a rattling noise. Turned out it was a loose shield item under the car.
