Took my car in for it's 5,000 mile check up and all is well. The only thing that disappoints me is that they don't wash the cars after service like they used too...I know it may sound silly, but it reall well. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and my contact person was soon by my car to assist. Once I handed over my keys I was kept informed of the progress on my car by text and given an opportunity to decide on was soon by my car to assist. Check out was a breeze as I was able to look at the invoice on my phone and make my payment before going up to my contact person to sign off on the invoice. As I walked outside to get my freshly washed car it was being pulled up, so I was able to hop right in and be on my way. More
