In my experience, I was told things during the sales and financing process that later turned out to be inconsistent with the paperwork I signed. I cannot recommend working with Ali Reza based on my personal experience. After the sale, he promised to follow up regarding my concerns but never did. I also sent emails and never received a single response. The vehicle itself was not delivered in the condition I expected. It had more miles than the 10 miles I was initially told, the interior was dirty at delivery, and one of the floor mats was left inside the glove compartment instead of being installed. I also purchased window tinting as a dealer-installed accessory at a premium price. After spending some time with the vehicle, I found multiple defects in the tint installation, including bubbles and uneven edges. This level of workmanship is unacceptable for a dealership-installed product. The only reason I am not giving up completely on this dealership is because the Assistant General Manager stepped in and genuinely tried to resolve the situation. He listened to my concerns, helped cancel the original financing contract, arranged for a new contract without the unwanted add-on products, and treated me professionally throughout the process. I also want to recognize Scott, who was helpful, professional, and assisted me with several issues during the resolution process. Without the efforts of the Assistant General Manager and Scott, this review would have been even more negative. I sincerely hope AutoNation Toyota Weston improves its sales practices, communication, and quality control so future customers do not have to go through the same experience. More
