She was honest and was patient and treated us wonderfully. I had hoped to buy an older car for less but the one I had my eye on sold just before I arrived. I went for a car around 15k more because I had such a wonderful experience and I didn’t want to chance going somewhere where there wasn’t a wonderful patient woman like Jen to work with. I am very very happy with my purchase. Jen was honest and helpful. She went out of her way to drive us to post falls to get something I needed in order to buy the car. My children fought all the way back. I was so stressed but she remained calm and upbeat. She was never pushy. I could tell her heart was in the right place and I trusted her quickly. She is the only person I would want to buy a car from if I ever need to again. I am so grateful for the experience I had at auto nation Toyota Spokane. Thanks Jen! More

When I made the appointment, I clearly indicated I wanted Toyota's recommended 40,000 mile maintenance plus replacing all 3 windshield wipers. After just a simple walkaround of the car, the service speciali Toyota's recommended 40,000 mile maintenance plus replacing all 3 windshield wipers. After just a simple walkaround of the car, the service specialist said I needed differential fluid changed, brake system flushed and fluid replaced, that my tires were at 2/32 and needed replacement, rear wiper needed replacement. Well first of all, I knew my tires were getting to where they needed replacement soon, but ALL were at 3/32+. Then I said I ONLY wanted recommended 40,000 maintenance, nothing more nothing less. He sort of argued saying he didn't know if or what I had done at 30,000 miles. I told him that I had all maintenance performed at that same place so they should have those records. Then he said 'so you only want an oil change'? I said the recommended Toyota maintenance also had rotate tires and yes, I wanted that as I had already scheduled. Then he said 'so you don't want wiper replaced'? I again told him I had already requested all 3 wipers to be replaced. When service was done, he was apologetic which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars vs the 1 star that is probably deserved. It just bugs me when service centers try to upsell you on things, even before performing an inspection on the vehicle (other than a simple walkaround). More
