The service was OK. I didn't take as long as it has in the past. The service writer was very unfriendly. I was recently at the service department and I bought the oil change service agreement. My truck is a diesel and not a Toyota so every time I go in for service they never have the oil or the oil filter. Ever oil change service agreement. Every time I schedule the appointment online I put in the comments reminding them that it’s a diesel and they need to get the oil and the filter and the last three oil changes it has not been there so I have had to sit in the service department for over three hours waiting for my vehicle. I was told by my service advisor that they don’t see those comments that are put online when scheduling the appointment so what good is that More
