I went to Toyota of Newnan to have a spare door key made for a used Highlander that I had bought in another city. The people the service department took the information they needed from my vehicle and aske for a used Highlander that I had bought in another city. My mom bragged once we got home with her new camry LE about how we were treated like royalty, friendly and helpful the staff was and how clean the facility was. The price was awesome and fitted her budget for a retired person to the penny. After we decided that a Highlander would be a good fit for us, Bryan introduced us to Glenn Thompson who helped us decide which car met our budget. Glenn went the extra mile in finding just the RIGHT car. Even though we spent the whole afternoon with Bryan and Glenn trying to find the right fit, we were never made to feel that they were in a hurry to get us out the door. We really appreciated the "no pressure" atmosphere. Jesus greeted us from the curb as we drove up and guided us through our choices without any attempt to "push" us into making a choice ri atmosphere.
