Professional, quick & painless. I traded my car and leased a new Venza at Toyota of Newnan. The online sales team were quick to respond to my inquiry, they answered all questions I had about the new models & features, options available to me with pricing & value, they even assisted me on how to get the process started with the car I chose so when I came to the dealership my time wasn’t spent lot shopping & I could directly get the car I wanted. From the time I got out of my car I was greeted by employees, offered complimentary water & snacks in the showroom & asked my multiple members of the Toyota team how I could be assisted. The salesmen were professional, complimenting my choice of vehicle & helped to get my Apple car play set up, they also ensured I was being taken care of when I was waiting for finance. Finance was quick but informative, I was given all options available to me & what each piece of paper I was signing meant for my purchase. I could confidently make the purchase thanks to each person at Toyota of Newnan being knowledgeable & professional from inquiry to driving my new car off the lot. I spent less time there than I do the grocery store. I was also allowed to bring my dog who was greeted & treated like family through the whole process as well. Unmatched quality & care in comparison to any other dealership experience I’ve had. More
I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer. 1 used and 3 new. Just took my 2003 Tacoma in for oil change and 4 wheel alignment. While they had it back in service. The advisor came to me and sai 1 used and 3 new. Just took my 2003 Tacoma in for oil change and 4 wheel alignment. While they had it back in service. The advisor came to me and said the mechanic suggested i needed new air filter and wipers. Funny thing is just 4 days before this appt I replaced both. I told the advisor and she went back to check and sure enough the mechanic never even looked at air filter. Also he said I would beed to replace my oil pan gasket and header gaskets. Said I was leaking oil. Another funny thing, I had the engine rebuilt just 6 months prior for this reason. Well needless to say it hasnt leaked since then. Nothing on driveway or on garage floor. They said well it may not have been cleaned of engine. So I do not think I will be back for service on any of my vehicles. 2003 Tacoma 381k miles 2013 Tundra. 220k miles 2015 Rav 4. 140k miles 2021 4 Runner. 75k miles As you can see we keep and maintain our cars for a long time!!!! More

three months later: after purchasing the car, I refinanced with immediately with my local credit union (which was not an option at the time of purchase, better rate to refinance, etc). I have attempted to cancel my GaP coverage through Zac Collins, the finance manager I dealt with, at least 15-20 times via phone calls and emails. I still have not received a phone call from him. I received one short email weeks after emailing and calling the dealership several times with a form to complete. The email to submit was illegible. Zac said to send the form to him and he would submit it. Fast forward two months and I still have not received my email. I followed up with Zac. Again took several emails and calls (I have all the receipts), before Zac informed me that it takes the warranty company 45 days to process once received. I waited another 2 weeks which would have given the warranty company 60 days to process IF Zac submitted the form when he said he would (that is still unknown as I have been trying to contact him AGAIN to no avail)! I called the warranty company directly and they stated that I had to go through the dealer of purchase in order to cancel. This has been an absolute nightmare and I have no idea how Toyota of Newnan claims they have stellar customer service if this is what you have to go through to do a basic GAP cancellation. I’ve done this with several other dealers in the past when trading a car and it’s NEVER EVER been this hard. More
