I was given a complimentary oil change, and they provided me a link to the video inspection of the vehicle. The mechanic said my filters were good, may need changing next service, tire ware was even and ple me a link to the video inspection of the vehicle. Then I received a text stating I that there were several items that needed immediate attention, filter change, alignment, power steering fluid flush and additional, approximately $1100 worth of "immediate attention" items that the mechanic in the video said were in good shape. I would give 2 stars but I received a free oil change. More
