I think they do good work. However, they really do have a hard time providing accurate time estimates for service. In one visit 60 became 90. 60-90 became 2 hours. Then 15 minutes became almost 45 (I asked how long before I’d be ready to leave, he said 15. I was leaving in 45). It’s a little thing but it would be helpful to be more accurate. Thanks. More
