I just recently purchased a '21 WRX Limited from this dealership. Annie and the staff were honest, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Bought my 21' WRX from here and absolutely loved the staff, the response times were great, nor were they pushy on calls or pressuring into packages or add on. Only have good things to say about my actual service and my service representative Joe- arrived, was promptly greeted and signed in. Given the requested and performed service, which included new brake pads my service representative Joe- arrived, was promptly greeted and signed in. Given the requested and performed service, which included new brake pads in addition to routine ool change/ tire rotation, I was done in the expected time frame. I’d give the service a 5/5. Which brings me to the new online scheduling system Auto Nation apparently “upgraded” to. Missing links etc. made it impossible to use. I ended up calling the service department, which promptly got me in at a date/time that worked for me. The online service appointment scheduler needs some serious work, though! More
