From the time I met with Lance Sullivan I was treated as if I was the only client that he was taking care of. Lance is a true professional who knows how to keep things simple, honest along with his caring, thoughtful attitude. I had to wait three months for the car and periodically I would have a question crop up. I emailed or texted Lance. Within a very short period of time he got right back to me with the answer. I traded my vehicle in at Carmax and Lance came right down to pick me up and bring me back to Autonation to complete the paperwork. Carme Vitale completed the financing portion of the sale. He is a true professional and, once again, his caring attitude showed right through. He made sure that I understood exactly what my monthly payment would be, how much I would be paying in interest, etc. Autonation, Lance and Carme went above and beyond...in fact, I'm still receiving emails from Lance to make sure I'm doing okay and ask if I have any questions.
