My son's vehicle was towed in after driving through a large hole in the road. We Received an estimate for repairs ( After asking for one 4 separate times), the parts prices that where 10% to 400% HIGHER large hole in the road. We Received an estimate for repairs ( After asking for one 4 separate times), the parts prices that where 10% to 400% HIGHER than list price compared to another local Subaru dealer and every other Subaru dealer for that matter. The staff was cordial but the prices where much much higher than the competition. Needed to have the vehicle towed to a different shop where I received an estimate that was $2265.85 LESS than Auto Nation Subaru estimate. Being from out of town and not knowing a repair shop in the area, we felt that we were being taken advantage of. I would not recommend the service department due to outrageous pricing. I also Never received a call back from the General Manager concerning the pricing issue. More
