AutoNation Subaru Hunt Valley

I recently bought a Subaru Crosstrek from Lance Sullivan at AutoNation Subaru Hunt Valley. It was a very stressful time for me because I unexpectedly needed a new vehicle and it’s kind of a crazy time to bu at AutoNation Subaru Hunt Valley. It was a very stressful time for me because I unexpectedly needed a new vehicle and it’s kind of a crazy time to buy a car (very few new cars are immediately available due to supply chain issues/pandemic). Lance was so great and very kind and patient with me as I asked a ton of questions and wanted to test drive several vehicles- and some multiple times. He was available when I had follow up questions too after I test drove and before I decided to buy. I appreciate how he was informative, professional and never pushy. Once I decided to go with Subaru, he and the staff at this location were super supportive as I waited a couple weeks on the car to arrive (thanks Jay and Andy too!). On the day I bought, the process was smooth easy and I never felt pressured about anything. Lance even got in the car with me for 20 minutes to go over all the car’s features, which was super helpful. I received top notch customer service and I am in love with my first Subaru. I highly recommend buying a car here and working with Lance! More
