The only time I received efficient service for more than an oil change was when they messed up and had to correct their mistake. The last time I was in for service, they well over priced the maintenance needs of my car. I saved $3000 by going elsewhere for all of the work they recommended, except for what they recommended that wasn’t actually needed. More
