My first impression upon walking in for scheduled service wasn't the greatest, and things seems to be a bit unorganized. Once I was finally able to get checked in, things seemed to run fairly smoothly. My ap wasn't the greatest, and things seems to be a bit unorganized. The service technician that I ended up with was really sweet, and very professional, and that honestly mad all the difference in my opinion of the level of service that I received. More
Service technician left open the oil filler cap after service, my entire ride home I was able to smell hot oil. Purchased my vehicle at a dealership in the Atlanta area. Relocated to the area. I was unhappy to find out there was only one Hyundai dealer within 100 miles. Dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up the following day only to find out they did not hear the noise my car was making and installed an air conditioner part that was unnecessary (which I found out on my 2nd visit to service). Very disappointed with my 1st service visit. Scheduled a 2nd service visit two months later. Dropped off my car having scheduled an early morning appt with the same issues that weren't resolved during my first service visit. I was told my car would be finished the same day. I stayed close by so I could pick it up and spent the entire day in Savannah. I called service at 4:30pm to find out they haven't been able to start working on it. I never received a call providing any updates. I drove back home to come back the following day. This was my 2nd missed day of work. I tried to get an update over the phone, however that didn't happen. I went to the sales dept and spoke with Paul and asked if I could speak to the service mgr. Paul was very helpful. Long story short, the service director was able to help and explain what the problems were and was very knowledgeable. My car was finished around lunch with a successful oil change and tire rotation. The dealer did not have a shuttle service to take me back to return the car. The service mgr. offered to follow me over to drop off the rental. She went above and beyond to help and provided excellent customer service. I'm glad she was available that morning. More
As much as I love my Hyundai, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from what is now "Auto Nation." We were very pleased with Peacock Hyundai, but since it has become Auto Nation, the service has declined. A vehicle from what is now "Auto Nation." After being towed to Auto Nation, my car sat in the same spot for ten days and was not even assessed by a technician. When you call, you can't speak to someone local; it is a national call center. Stay local!!!! Do not buy from or take your vehicle to Auto Nation. The employees are pleasant, but the dealership has horrible Service. More
I really appreciated the courteous people in the service department. I arrived 20 min. early, and was met cheerfully. They took my Santa Fe right in and did the service. The service has went down at this location once Auto Nation took over. Give it back to Hyundai. I know the building is being remodeled but it may be a lack of technitions as well. but even in the old lo Nation took over. Give it back to Hyundai.
