After weeks of searching for a car, I finally found what I was looking for at AutoNation Hyundai Savannah. I dropped by on a whim and was so glad I did. When I walked to the door, I was warmly greeted by Alana. Within 5-10 minutes of sitting with her, I knew this experience would be different than all of the rest. Alana asked very good questions about my vehicle preferences, she listened intently to my desires, and did not try to push me over the limit of my price range. She worked diligently in finding a car that would best fit my wants and needs and struck gold on the first attempt! She set the bar high above any of the other sales associates I met with and went ABOVE and BEYOND--even helping me to drop off my rental car and bring back my trade-in vehicle to complete the transaction. I want to applaud the whole team of AutoNation--everyone was so kind and welcoming. You can tell they all enjoy working together. The environment was bright and comfortable. In terms of my buying experience, Paul, Tem, and Terry also helped make this process so easy. It was my first time buying a car in years and I was a bit apprehensive. However, their thorough explanations, patience, and expertise put me at ease and made for a smooth transaction. Bought vehicle in Georgia. Came from NY to buy a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. Was there about 6 hours. The manager was good to us. I asked finance what my approval rate was and I was told basically I won't be told/ wasn't allowed to know because he wasnt obligated to tell me! So really pissed me off. So I can only imagine my interest rate was way better! 11.94 or something. My credit was a 788. I wanted to walk away from the deal. Rodney the salesman was awesome. More

Manager was as perplexed as I was regarding a corporate required inspection for a recall issue on my auto that was repaired by another m occasions. He had his mechanic perform what we both hope will satisfy this portion of the corporation’s requirement toward my reimbursement of cost of repair. My first visit to AutoNation regarding this issue was 3 months ago when I stopped by to schedule an appointment. First available time was 03/02/2023, a 3 month wait! How this issue is resolved by Hyundai corporation will determine whether I will purchase another Hyundai when my need for a new auto comes around, and based on my 2 visits to AutoNation I believe I would be wise to buy from them when that time comes. More
