Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. After going back and forth for 2 days with the manager about purchasing a used truck I agreed on the purchase. I drove 4 hours from Houston to be there first thing in the morning how we had agreed and had an appointment set up at 9:30 am. Come to find out they sold the truck the night before. I spent money on hotel and travel just to go pick this truck up they could have atleast had the courtesy to hold the truck till morning how we had agreed. They definitely do not care about customer service. The only person I don’t have nothing bad to say about was the salesman Jose Arcos. He did everything in his power to get me in the truck. Management is the total opposite. Made me run my credit even after pulling an 800+ credit score they managed to give me this horrible experience. Hopefully this gets up to their corporate office and see who they have managing these dealerships and focus on customer service More
