I took my car for the oil change appointment at 2 pm. I was waiting for them to call me back and let me know what did the car has. But they never called me. I tried to call nobody answer. Oil Change Appointment was given after one and half month. Car was under warranty for free oil change. Dealer charged $90 stating coverage period expired. Service Department did not even bother to info month. Car was under warranty for free oil change. Dealer charged $90 stating coverage period expired. Service Department did not even bother to inform about charges. When I ask others are charging lot lower, service manager rudely told that next time take the car to other place. More
